Give yourself

The longer form

Less switching.
More time to
go somewhere.

Extended Breath takes the breath circle beyond a short introduction. The extra time lets the music build slowly, gives each active round room to develop and protects the quiet spaces in between.

Breathwork, tea and sauna are not separate attractions. They are paced as one arc: orient, open, deepen, soften and return.

01 · Arrive

Begin by
choosing.

We start with the full map of the session, your questions and a short intention circle. You can choose a tea prepared with a small amount of microdosing truffles, or tea without them. The ritual marks the threshold; it does not have to define the experience.

02 · Breathe

Ninety minutes.
One musical arc.

Personal guidance during connected breathwork
90minutes · connected breathing

Once everyone is settled on a mat, connected breathing begins: inhale flows into exhale, and exhale into the next inhale. Music shapes the pace and carries the group through a sequence of active rounds, exhale retentions and quieter integration.

I guide the room as a whole and stay close enough to respond to the individual. You can slow down, return to ordinary breathing or rest at any point. Depth is invited; intensity is never owed.

“The longer format changes the relationship with time. At some point, you stop waiting for the exercise to end and begin listening to what the breath is actually doing.”— Rommert

The sound of one journey

The music
holds the
route.

This playlist carried an Extended Breath session on 12 August 2026. It begins with room to arrive, builds alongside the connected breath and then opens into integration.

03 · Heat

After effort,
let heat do
the holding.

Two musical sauna aufguss rounds create a different kind of intensity. There is nothing to perform. The invitation is to soften the jaw, stay with an easy breath and notice how the body responds when warmth rises.

Between rounds there is space to cool down, drink water and choose whether the second round is right for you.

04 · Return

Do not rush
back into
the day.

The final part is deliberately unhurried. Ordinary breathing returns. There is room to sit, drink, notice and share—without needing to turn the experience into an immediate conclusion.

Before you join

Depth begins
with care.

Extended Breath combines intensive connected breathing, optional microdosing truffle tea and sauna. These remain separate choices: choosing one never means consenting to all three.

Before booking, please contact me if you are pregnant, use relevant medication, have a cardiovascular, neurological, respiratory or psychiatric condition, a history of fainting or seizures, recent surgery or injury, or any uncertainty about intensive breathing, heat or truffles.

This is a facilitated group experience for adults, not medical treatment or psychotherapy. Do not combine it with alcohol or other recreational substances. Arrange a responsible journey home.
