27Sunday · 2026Not an escape
This is not about becoming someone else.It is meeting what is already here.
This is not a collection of activities placed beside each other. It is one carefully paced arc. Conversation creates orientation. Tea marks a conscious threshold. Movement helps the body loosen. Breath and music build intensity. Silence gives the experience somewhere to land.
You remain in choice throughout. Nothing has to be forced, performed or shared.

01–02 · Arrive & sip
Begin with
intention.
We begin slowly. I explain the complete session, answer questions and make space for everyone to arrive. Over tea, each person can introduce themselves and name an intention, expectation or reason for being there.
For those who choose it, the tea is prepared with 1–2 grams of microdosing truffles per person. It is a light, intentional part of the ritual—not the centre of the experience. Tea without truffles is always available.
03 · Shake
Before stillness,
let the body move.
We stand in the centre of the room for an Osho-inspired Kundalini shaking practice. Music sets the pulse while the body is invited to shake vigorously—without choreography and without needing to look a certain way.
This is a transition, not a test. The aim is to loosen effort, bring attention out of the thinking mind and make arriving on the mat feel like a genuine change of state.
04 · Breathe
Then the room
begins to breathe.

Once everyone is comfortable on a mat, the breath circle begins: five to six guided rounds of approximately twelve to fifteen minutes. Connected breathing moves continuously from inhale to exhale and into the next inhale.
Music shapes the route. Each active round is followed by a retention after the exhale and a moment to notice what is happening. Intensity is never the goal; you can change pace, return to normal breathing or rest whenever needed.

05 · Integrate
What opens
also needs to land.
The final active round gives way to a longer integration. Nothing to solve—only time to feel what remains when the music softens and ordinary breathing returns.
We sit together for a short silent meditation. Afterwards, sharing is an invitation, never an obligation. We close with tea and an open ending: leave quietly when you are ready, or stay to ask questions and talk.
Before you join
Depth begins
with care.
Activate Your Breath is for adults aged 18 and over. Before joining, I ask a few straightforward health questions so we can decide whether intensive connected breathing and the optional truffle tea fit your situation.
Pregnancy, relevant medication, cardiovascular or neurological conditions, fainting or seizures, and a personal or family history of psychosis or mania should always be discussed beforehand. Do not combine the session with alcohol or other recreational substances, and arrange your journey home responsibly.
This is a facilitated group experience, not medical treatment or psychotherapy. If you are unsure, simply get in touch before booking.
